ABOUT ME
I am a Research Fellow in Energy and Sustainability at Keele University. Previously I was an EPSRC Doctoral Prize Fellow working with Prof Paul O'Brien in the School of Chemistry, University of Manchester. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Cambridge in 2012 and then continued in the Dept. of Chemistry there studying for a PhD. under Prof. Dominic Wright and Prof. Ali Alavi, FRS, where I specialised in single source precursors to inorganic materials.

RESEARCH INTERESTS
ACADEMIC HISTORY
Single Source Precursors to Inorganic Materials
My major focus has so far been on the development of novel precursors to inorganic materials. See doi: 10.1039/C4CC04421E, doi: 10.1002/anie.201412200, and doi: 10.1021/acs.inorgchem.7b01288
Nanomaterials/2D Materials
My research interests are rotating towards the development of novel routes to synthesis and functionalise these exciting class of materials.
Main Group Chemistry
p-Block chemistry remains a passion of mine, through the vast array of interesting reactions that are possible. See doi: 10.1039/C7CC01938F, doi: 10.1002/ejic.201500177 and doi: 10.1002/anie.201702558.
